Ihata Shelter for Abused women and children is based in the heart of the Cape Flats. We offer shelter and sanctuary as well as programs to educate, uplift and empower vulnerable women. The Ihata Care Group elder care homes focus on frail care residents, we provide extensive care and therapeutic care. Ihata Care Group Child Protection Centre focuses on adolescent girls and young women. We provide various opportunities for the residents in our care and a safe place to stay.
